Megan Clinical Massage Therapy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

When you contact me, make a booking or receive treatment, I may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment details and information relevant to providing your massage treatment.

Some treatment information may be considered health information under New Zealand privacy law. I only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide safe and appropriate treatment and manage your appointments.

Online booking and third-party services

I use third-party services to help operate my business, including Timely for online bookings and appointment management, Squarespace for my website, and Mailchimp for email communications where applicable.

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

Your treatment and personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where retention is required by law.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have rights relating to the personal information I hold about you. You can request access to your information and ask for information that is inaccurate to be corrected.
