I understand that plans can change. My cancellation policy helps ensure appointment times are available to clients who need them and protects time set aside specifically for your treatment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with more than 6 hours' notice can be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee. Where a refund is applicable, a $5 administration fee is non-refundable.

Appointments cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled treatment time are non-refundable.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact me, the appointment is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Extenuating circumstances

I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Genuine extenuating circumstances, such as sudden illness affecting you or an immediate family member, or other circumstances outside your reasonable control, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Where appropriate, I may offer the option to reschedule your appointment rather than forfeit the booking.

If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible rather than attending your appointment. Your health and the wellbeing of other clients are important.
